SINGAPORE said to be safe because its a small country where its easy to control the law here as its illegal to carry or keep a firearms etc and with their 1000 rules and regulations too. I'm sure that countries with most population out there is fighting hard to keep their country name clean. LOW CRIME DOESNT MEAN NO CRIME. Cheers!!
